PAID LANTENRS: How to get them back?

To all those who paid for their lanterns and was NOT able to claim/refund their payment until now, we are giving you 3 options on how to get it back:

1.   CLAIM – Some would still like to claim their lanterns; you may do so by presenting your deposit slip/acknowledgement letter at our information booth in any of our Banchetto venues. To know our schedule, please click here: http://www.banchettomanila.com/p/schedule-of-events.html

2.   REFUND – If you wish to refund your payment in CASH, kindly present your deposit slip/acknowledgement letter at our information booth in any of our Banchetto venues. To know our schedule, please click here: http://www.banchettomanila.com/p/schedule-of-events.html

3.   REQUEST for DEPOSIT – Should you wish for your money to be deposited in your account, please email the details to refund.banchettolantern@yahoo.com. However, please give us one (1) week to collate the account details so we can just deposit the money all at the same time.

There are things that one must opted to do so that more will benefit from it. 

Yes folks, we did what we think was the best thing to do last night. Please accept our sincere apology to everyone who found time, hurdled the traffic, did everything just to be there last night. We did not intend to disappoint anyone. But when we had the last minute meeting yesterday with the management of Megatent & the Barangay official, we saw the potential danger it may entail should we push through with the activity. 

This activity was actually intended to attract the right chi or positive energy, the scene that will illuminate the sky is just secondary. What is more important for us was that wish one can do last night because it is 11-11-11, a once in a life time thing, hoping that with that wish made specially on that night, a transformation may happen in one's life. As i gathered, on the 11-11-11, based on chinese feung shui, means that the heaven and the earth will balance and eventually become just one. 

For us, this is the main reason why last night was a very important night. If you have made a wish last night, just believe that it will come true, cause it will! 

Please accept also our gratitude to everyone who made it there last night, amidst the traffic, the hot weather, the siksikan, thank you very much! Again, we did not expect those number of people would show up. We respect all your opinions about us, we have nothing against you. Good words, bad words, it doesn't matter, still we are very happy that you were safely brought home.

LAST UPDATE on Make a Wish this 11-11-11!

ALL LANTERNS ARE SOLD OUT.

Lanterns will not be sold at the venue.

Only RESERVATIONS that were CONSIDERED will be accommodated.

For this who failed to meet the deadline of payment:

DEADLINE WAS SET ON THURSDAY. Cut-off was until 12mn.

We believe that you were all given ample time to deposit and send us a copy of the deposit slip as proof of your payment. 

ALL PAYMENTS PLACED AFTER THURSDAY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL DEPOSIT SLIPS SENT AFTER THURSDAY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. It will be unfair for the others who FOLLOWED our instructions. Emails to acknowledge the payments made were already sent out this morning. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folders if you made it to the cut off but have not received any.

We will refund the money of those who deposited their payments but failed to meet the deadline. Kindly present the original deposit slip at our Lantern booth tonight at Banchetto Megatent.

Let us all enjoy the night be it with or without a lantern. Banchetto Megatent opens at 8pm, releasing of Wish Lanterns will happen at 11.11pm.

Please be informed that 

we are are not accepting reservations for the lanterns anymore. 

ALL LANTERNS HAVE BEEN RESERVED ALREADY. 

We cannot reply to all the emails you sent us.

Please understand.

Lanterns that were reserved requires full payment by Thursday.

Should we have UNPAID LANTERNS left after the deadline of payment,

we will sell them on Friday night from 8-10pm at Banchetto MEGATENT

for FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS ONLY.

You may still join us on Friday night and 
experience this enchanting event with or without a lantern.

UPDATES on Make a Wish this 11-11-11...

Thank you for the OVERWHELMING response for our 11-11-11 event. We received over 1500 emails/reservations in 24 hours. We are only limited to release 1000 Wish Lantern on that night for we have to consider everyone's safety too. For those who will not be accommodated, feel free to join us and experience the release of the Wish Lanterns!

We already sent out our reply to the first 850 emails we received. Reservations will only be confirmed once they have deposited the payment otherwise it will be forfeited. If some of the 850 email recipients were not able to pay on time, we'll sell the excess lanterns on Friday night at Banchetto Megatent.

Please forgive us if until now you have not received any email from us. Again, ALL WISH LANTERNS HAVE BEEN RESERVED ALREADY. We only have 1000 Wish Lanterns for this event for we have to consider the area & everyone's safety. The reserved lanterns should be paid by Thursday. Should we have Lanterns left unpaid, we will sell them on Friday night 8-10pm at Banchetto Megatent for FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. 

Banchetto events has NO ENTRANCE FEE.. Please still join us on Friday night even without lanterns.. it will be an enchanting experience!!!

Make a wish this 11-11-11

BANCHETTO-MEGATENT will have a special activity on Friday, November 11, 2011. We will celebrate the 11-11-11 on that night with a bang! 

We will have the WISH LANTERNS! 


Wish Lanterns are the equivalent of mini hot air balloons. When released into the night sky the person releasing the lantern will traditionally make a wish for the future.


We will release the WISH LANTERNS into the air all at the same time at exactly 11.11pm. Please bring your whole family with you and experience making a wish altogether as a family. Be there at 10pm so you can still write down your wishes in the wishing paper.


At this time, we would like to know who amongst you are interested to join us so we can order the equivalent number of WISH LANTERNS from our supplier.


We did a similar activity in BANCHETTO-FORUM during the Chinese New Year this year, and it really helped a lot in increasing the right chi, the right PROSPERITY Energy, everyone have attracted after.


The WISH LANTERNS costs Php 100 each - it comes with a wishing paper and a small candle.


To RESERVE A LANTERN, please email us your FULL NAME, CONTACT NO., NO. of LANTERNS and send it to info.banchetto@gmail.com. Lanterns will be claimed at the Banchetto MEGATENT Information Booth on Friday from 8pm-11pm.


Please note that only reservations made thru email will be counted. Lanterns will also be sold at the venue on a  FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. Thank you!

NO BANCHETTO-SHOPWISE@Bagumbayan near Libis on November 1, 2011 only

November 1, 2011 is a public holiday... 
and since most of our customers are mostly coming from their offices and passes by BANCHETTO-SHOPWISE before they go home... therefore only a few will visit us tomorrow ... in lieu, we have decided "NOT TO OPEN" on this day only...

We will resume our BANCHETTO-SHOPWISE the next Tuesday immediately thereafter... on November 8th, Tuesday night from 8pm... till November 9th, at 4am Wednesday or until food supply lasts...
